The Opportunity
We are looking for a permanent, part-time Systems Support Administrator. This is your chance to gain highly marketable skills in systems administration, data management, and CRM technology – all while supporting a mission that changes lives. You’ll report to the Systems Lead and work in a friendly, collaborative team that values growth, learning, and making a real-world impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud administration, including user management, configuration, and data handling
- Manage data and reporting to ensure accuracy and insight
- Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive user support
- Collaborate across teams to keep systems running smoothly
- Contribute to other projects and initiatives as needed
You have:
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a love of systems and data
- SQL experience (essential)
- Enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving and growing your skills
- Understanding of CRM processes and marketing operations
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success
